Real transformation rarely happens in a single conversation. It happens in the space between conversations, when new thinking meets real life. Fortnightly sessions give you time to experiment, stumble, reflect, and arrive at the next session with something genuine to work with — not just theory, but lived experience. One hour sessions are focused enough to go deep without overwhelming - quality over quantity. Six sessions is enough to create lasting change, without open-ended commitment.
If you're feeling stuck, restless, or ready for something to shift — coaching is probably right for you. You don't need to be in crisis, and you don't need to have everything figured out. Most clients come with a sense that something needs to change, even if they can't quite name it yet. If you're willing to reflect honestly and take action, coaching can meet you wherever you are.
Therapy typically focuses on healing the past — understanding why you feel or behave the way you do. Coaching is different: it's forward-facing, and it starts from the belief that you already have more answers than you think. My role isn't to fix you or tell you what to do — it's to ask the questions that help you think more clearly, see your options, and move forward with confidence.
Sessions are one hour each and take place either online via video call or in person — whichever works best for you. We meet fortnightly over 12 weeks, giving you time between sessions to reflect and put things into practice. Before we start, we'll have a free initial conversation to make sure it feels like a good fit for both of us.
Yes. Everything discussed in our sessions stays between us. The only exceptions are situations where there is a serious risk to your safety or someone else's — which I'll always explain clearly at the start of our work together.
